We're looking for a team‐oriented Senior Management Accountant to join our Finance team on a fixed‐term 12‐month contract, likely to extend.
As a trusted finance business partner, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, contributing to reporting, planning, and analysis while mentoring members of the Management Reporting team. You'll play a key role in fostering a collaborative, high‐performing team environment.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Delivering accurate and timely month‐end reporting, including journals, accruals and variance analysis
* Preparing management reports, commentary and insights for senior stakeholders, including ELT reporting
* Leading the budgeting, forecasting and expense planning in collaboration with Finance leadership
* Providing forward‐looking analysis and insights to support business decision‐making
* Partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide clear financial advice and translate complex data into actionable insights
* Driving improvements in management reporting and supporting finance‐related projects as a subject‐matter expert
* Mentoring and supporting the Management Accounting team, ensuring high‐quality outputs and strong financial governance
What You'll Bring

* Strong experience in management accounting or financial analysis
* Proven capability in month‐end, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
* Advanced Excel and financial systems capability
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with non‐finance stakeholders
* A team‐focused mindset with a collaborative, solutions‐driven approach
* Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
Highly regarded
* Experience with ERP/reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, TM1, Power BI)
* Exposure to project‐based financial analysis or opex/capex reporting
* Experience preparing reporting for senior executives
Qualifications
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related
* CPA or CA qualification (or working towards)
