Job Description
Join us at Bacchus Marsh OSHClub as an OSHClub Coordinator and lead a team of passionate educators while making a real impact on the lives of children. This permanent, part-time role offers 38 hours per week, including 6 non‐contact admin hours.
You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30‐8:30 am (Rise then Shine), 3:00‐6:00 pm (Stay and Play), 7:00 am‐6:00 pm (School Holiday Program).

About the role
As an OSHClub Coordinator, you'll lead a team of passionate educators and oversee an engaging before‐ and after‐school program for children aged 5‐12 years. This role is all about leadership:
* Create and lead a dynamic, child‐centered program filled with exciting activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts, and crafts.
* Take full ownership of the team's roster, manage day‐to‐day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks while fostering teamwork and growth.
With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you'll develop leadership skills and make a real impact.
Qualifications
Who we are looking for?
* ACEQA approved Diploma qualified.
* A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
* Strong communication skills – you'll lead by example.
* A team player who inspires others and encourages growth.
* Have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
* Australian work rights.
* Relevant qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA.
* National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding.
