Due to continued growth, Offline Campers is looking for a skilled and experienced Tig Welder to join our close-knit team. Help us build our award-winning, locally made camper trailers and be part of a business that values quality, innovation, and work-life balance.

What We're Looking For
You'll be a great fit if you have:
* 3+ years experience in fabrication using materials between 0.6mm – 3.0mm
* Strong skills in TIG and Pulse MIG welding across mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
* Experience polishing and finishing stainless to a brush finish
* Experience working from CAD/shop drawings and samples
* A strong understanding of workplace safety
* The physical ability to perform tasks, including manual lifting
* The ability to work independently and within a tight-knit team
* A high level of attention to detail and pride in your work
* A problem-solving mindset and commitment to quality
* A positive attitude and ability to manage pressure during busy periods
Bonus skills (not essential but a plus):
* Experience using a brake press
* Forklift license
Essential:
* Driver's license
* Successful completion of a factory floor welding test before starting
