About the Role:
* Managing a residential portfolio while being supported by a collaborative team structure designed to streamline your day‐to‐day workload.
* Managing landlord and tenant relationships.
* Conducting routine inspections and follow‐ups.
* Managing maintenance requests and repairs.
* Lease renewals and rent reviews.
* Arrears management.
* Coordinating vacates and final inspections.
* Providing exceptional communication and customer service.
* Ensuring properties are managed to a high professional standard.

* Previous experience in Property Management preferred.
* Current WA Property Management Registration.

* Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
