We are currently looking for bartenders and waitstaff to join our team. Immediate start available for the right candidates.

Bartender Responsibilities
* Prepare cocktails, beers and other beverages efficiently
* Recommend drinks that pair well with our BBQ menu
* Maintain a clean, organised and well‐stocked bar
* Ensure responsible service of alcohol
Waitstaff Responsibilities
* Welcome guests and guide them through the menu
* Take food and drink orders accurately
* Deliver food and drinks promptly
* Provide attentive and friendly service throughout the guest experience
Shared Responsibilities
* Process orders and payments using our POS system
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the venue
* Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts
What We're Looking For
* RSA certificate required
* Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurants or cafes preferred.
* Minimum 1 year of bartending experience, including cocktail making, preferred.
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Ability to work well in a fast‐paced environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys busy services, interacting with customers, and working as part of a strong team.
