Overview
The Production Worker is responsible for assisting in meat processing operations while ensuring all procedures comply with company standards and food safety regulations. The role involves handling products during washing and draining processes, moving materials and waste, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and supporting daily production operations in a protected and efficient manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist in washing, draining, and handling meat products during processing operations.
* Lift, move, and transfer meat products, tubs, and materials safely throughout the production area.
* Operate and use trolleys, hooks, tubs, and related equipment as part of daily operations.
* Remove and dispose of production waste, including fat, bones, and excess materials.
* Handle and transport production supplies, including salt bags and other materials.
* Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with company health and safety procedures.
Requirements
Must have a vehicle for transportation.
