About the opportunity
The position will deliver excellent customer service at Vista Cafe Bar and prepare, serve and sell high-quality coffee, food and beverages.
What you will bring
* Demonstrated skills and experience in the hospitality industry.
* Exceptional barista skills including but not limited to specialty coffee, latte art, grinders, current trends etc.
* Food preparation skills and experience.
* A strong customer service focus and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability in the use of Point-of-Sale systems.
* Hold current qualification/certificates in Food Safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Victoria.
* Hold a current satisfactory police check or willing to obtain one.
Salary and conditions
The position is classified within Band 3 of Council's Current Enterprise Agreement commencing at $41.63 per hour plus statutory superannuation.
