Reporting directly to the COO and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on strategic role for someone who enjoys building, improving, and making things happen. You will lead an established team of 5 across ERP, systems integration, data, infrastructure, and operational improvement. The environment is Microsoft-based, with strong operational foundations across warehousing, inventory, supply chain, and B2B eCommerce. You will work closely with operational and commercial leaders to deliver scalable, practical technology outcomes that support business growth.
Technology & Transformation
* Lead technology strategy aligned to business growth

* Lead post-acquisition systems integration and data migration
* Improve reporting, BI, and data capability

* Lead and develop the internal technology team
* Manage vendors, consultants, and technology partners
* Deliver cross-functional projects across the business
* Bring structure, accountability, and momentum to delivery
About You
* You are commercially pragmatic, hands-on, and outcomes focused.
* You enjoy solving business problems, simplifying complexity, and building strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams alike.
* You thrive in fast-moving environments, bring people with you through change, and enjoy making a visible impact.
Experience Required
* Technology leadership experience ideally within distribution, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or product-based businesses
* Strong ERP, systems integration, and transformation delivery experience
* Exposure to Microsoft environments, data migration, and BI/reporting capability
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Hands-on leadership style with a strong commercial mindset
* Interest in practical AI and automation that delivers real business value
