The Company: MCM is a specialist engineering rehabilitation contractor delivering remediation solutions across Western Australia. With a growing workload and an expanding project portfolio, they are looking to strengthen their WA operations team with the addition of an experienced Leading Hand. This role is ideal for an experienced remedial construction professional who enjoys leading crews while remaining hands-on in project delivery. You'll work closely with Supervisors and Project Managers to coordinate labour, plant, equipment and materials, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Based in WA, the role primarily services projects throughout the Perth, Bunbury and Geraldton regions, with travel opportunities arising across other regional and interstate locations as project requirements dictate. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate site crews while remaining actively involved in project delivery Support Supervisors and Project Managers with daily project execution Coordinate labour, plant, equipment and materials Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications Maintain strong safety, quality and environmental standards Manage site employees, labour hire personnel and subcontractors Monitor productivity and assist with programme delivery Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, engineers and project stakeholders Assist with subcontractor coordination and performance management Mentor and lead site crews to achieve project outcomes About You: You are a practical, hands-on leader with a strong background in remedial construction and the ability to run smaller projects with minimal supervision.
