Due to further project awards they are expanding their Perth team and seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing business.
About the Role
As a Site Manager, you'll take ownership of end‑to‑end delivery of a range of projects, overseeing all commercial and financial aspects. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage key stakeholders, and ensure successful project outcomes across scope, cost, and schedule. This is a strategic, high‑impact role suited to an experienced construction professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver complex construction projects from inception to completion.
* Lead delivery phases, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reporting frameworks.
* Manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including clients, consultants & subcontractors.
* Provide strong leadership and mentorship to project teams.
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* 5+ years of experience in site management.
* Proven success delivering a range of commercial projects.
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
* Strong understanding of governance, procurement, and project controls.
