As Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for setting the overall direction and strategy of the organisation. This includes creating, executing, and monitoring the Strategic Plan, ensuring that services remain responsive, compliant, and impactful.
The role involves:
1. Collaborating with the Board to drive organisational growth;
2. Overseeing day-to-day operations, including financial management and compliance;
3. Fostering a positive organisational culture by leading staff through induction, training, and performance management;
4. BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS;
5. Liaising with government departments and sector partners to strengthen advocacy and referral networks;
6. PROMOTING THE ORGANISATION'S MISSION AND VALUES EXTERNALLY.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build trusted relationships with various stakeholders. Knowledge of disability services is valued but not essential.
A FULL-TIME, PERMANENT ROLE IN TOWNSVILLE OFFERING A SALARY STARTING AT $150,000 BASE + SUPER + VEHICLE + PHONE ALLOWANCE, NEGOTIABLE WITH EXPERIENCE.
