Some on-site work is a must; ideally you are based in Melbourne or Sydney to minimise travel.As the Test Manager, you will ensure SAP solutions improve quality, performance, architectural and functional requirements and are fit for business purposes.
You will ensure that all test effort activities are effectively completed and carried out in accordance with agreed test guidelines.
This role requires experience in large SAP transformations and understanding the BPO.
The ideal applicant presents with expertise in SAP CALM.Skills requiredMinimum of 7+ years of experience in functional SAP Test Management within-depth understanding of SAP implementation and testing methodologies.Experience in SAP CALM preferredExperience with Hypercare TriageProven track record in managing large-scale SAP projects with a customer centric approach.Strongleadership and coordination skills with a proven track record ofsuccess in Test Manager roles within SAP projects, consistently deliveringon time and ensuring quality.Experience in testing acrossAgile projects with the ability to adapt and deliver optimal results.Communicationand collaboration skills, accustomed to working closely with customers and delivery partners to establish and maintain robust professionalrelationships.Experience in building and leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration between diverse stakeholders.The position requires a local incumbent with some hybrid flexibility; remote work is not available.DyFlex is committed to providing a safe, flexible and respectful environment for staff free from all forms of discrimination, bullying and harassment.
