Kevin Green Real Estate is looking for a confident, organised and motivated person to join our team in a part‐time property sales support role.
This is a sales‐focused position working alongside two busy sales representatives, helping them manage leads, client follow‐up, appointment setting and day‐to‐day sales administration.
The role will commence on a casual basis, approximately 24 hours per week, with the potential to grow for the right person.
For the right candidate, this role may also evolve into a Personal Assistant position, supporting sales representatives with buyer management, seller follow‐up, campaign coordination and general sales support.
About the role
* Making outbound calls to property owners, past clients and potential sellers
* Following up buyer and seller leads
* Booking appointments and appraisal opportunities for the sales team
* Updating client records, notes and follow‐up tasks in our CRM
* Assisting with database management and marketing campaign follow‐up
* Supporting two busy sales representatives with administration tasks
* Helping prepare basic property, client and campaign information
* Maintaining consistent and professional communication with clients
* Assisting with buyer enquiries, open home follow‐up and general sales support
About you
* Confident and professional on the phone
* Comfortable making outbound calls and following up leads
* Organised, reliable and detail‐focused
* Well‐spoken, friendly and resilient
* Able to follow scripts, systems and processes
* Proactive, switched on and willing to learn
* Comfortable using computers, email and CRM systems
* Interested in building a career in real estate sales
Highly regarded
* Previous real estate, sales, administration or customer service experience
* Previous real estate experience is helpful, but not essential. We are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, communication style and willingness to grow.
