As an inbound sales consultant based in our Traralgon office, you will support our sales team delivering exceptional service to new and existing customers. You'll play a key role in understanding customer needs, providing clear product information, meeting sales targets and ensuring accurate customer records. You enjoy connecting with people, staying organised and becoming part of a genuinely fun team.

Responsibilities
* Meet call handling targets and performance metrics
* Maximise revenue and earn commission through selling procedures
* Identify customer needs via questioning techniques and product usage analysis
* Provide product and service information that enables informed decision‐making
* Achieve sales targets based on opportunitiesAccurately enter customer details into CMS systems
* Escalate complaints per company policy
