We are growing our South Australian operations and have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Engineer to join our SA team.

In this role, you will be ultimately responsible for providing support to the External Sales team in the management of their customers, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
What tasks will you perform?
Delivering exceptional customer service and maximise every sales opportunity for the South Australian team.
Active use of C-360 (Salesforce) to plan and manage day to day sales activities.
Prepare timely quotations, follow up with customers and process orders efficiently.
Provide technical sales support across our extensive produt range, staying up to date with new technologies.
Liaise with logistics in relation to order and delivery times.
Support the External Sales team in managing customer accounts and resolving inquiries promptly.
What do we expect from you?
Previous experience in a similar internal sales or technical support role.
Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach.
Technical or industry knowledge in process automation or instrumentation (ideal but not essential).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
Experience with SAP and CRM tools (Salesforce) is highly regarded.
