A well-established Tier 2 Mechanical contractor is currently looking to appoint a Construction Manager to join their Melbourne leadership team due to continued business growth and a strong secured pipeline of work.
With over $50 million worth of projects currently on the books, the business is continuing to expand across the commercial, healthcare and Mixed-Use Residential space.
This is a genuine opportunity to join a contractor in growth mode where the successful person will play a major role in shaping the future direction, performance and growth of the construction division.
The Role
Reporting directly into senior leadership, you will oversee the operational delivery of multiple projects while managing a team of 6 Project Managers across the business.
This is a hands‐on leadership role focused on driving project performance, mentoring delivery teams, managing client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably and on programme.
The role will also have a major influence on team structure and growth, including involvement in hiring, performance management and building out the project delivery function as the business continues to expand.
The business is open to speaking with experienced Construction Managers or high‐performing Senior Project Managers looking to step into their first Construction Manager role.
