Job Overview
This role plays a pivotal part in strengthening employer and member relationships, driving retention, engagement, and strategic growth across a portfolio of key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of employer and member accounts through proactive engagement and service delivery.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, attending industry events and client functions as required.
* Execute formalised client engagement strategies and member service initiatives.
* Support the onboarding of new business and ensure seamless transitions for large employers.
* Deliver education programs and promote campaigns across your portfolio.
* Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Provide insights and reporting on service levels, engagement outcomes, and portfolio performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven track record of account management success.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis.
