This fantastic temporary opportunity is with a purpose-led organisation in Melbourne's southern suburbs. This NFP focuses on environmental preservation, land management, and supporting the community.

The role

As the Senior Administrator, you will provide executive level administrative support to the Operations Team Leaders. You will play a critical role in ensuring organisational effectiveness and efficiency.

Your duties will include:

* Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating diaries
* Arranging travel, accommodation and associated logistics
* Preparing meeting agendas, briefing packs and presentations
* Providing high level administrative support to the Operations Team Leaders
* Assisting with onboarding and coordination of new staff
* Preparing presentations, briefing packs and a range of project based documentation
* Processing invoices, reconciliations, acquittals and petty cash
* Drafting correspondence on behalf of senior stakeholders
* Updating and maintaining SOPs, templates and operational records
* Collating statistics and preparing reports and dashboards

What do I need to be successful?

* Proven experience in a Senior Administration, Executive Assistant or Project Coordination position
* Advanced skills with MS Office
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern tools, including AI platforms, to work smarter and faster!
* Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
* Previous experience within a not-for-profit or community-focused organisation is highly regarded
* A current WWCC and Police Check are desirable
