Empowering Lives Support Specialist

* Providing respectful personal care and support with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming
* Assisting with domestic duties including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
* Supporting access to the community and social participation through outings and activities
* Administering medication (as required) while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to safety protocols
* Documenting case notes and completing incident reports in a timely and accurate manner
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Basic first aid and medication administration training an asset
* Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
