HAYLO People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury, Safety and Insurance industry and is seeking a well experienced Workers Compensation Case Manager or Junior Account Manager to support the running of a workers compensation portfolio.
The Role
* Support a team with managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation Clients (mixed industries, business scales and exposure to national clients)
* Support with phone calls & emails to liaise with clients, insurers, underwriters, service providers and internal stakeholders
* Prepare correspondence, reports and general administration involving workers compensation claims and premium projections and renewals
* Ensure deadlines are met whilst supporting multiple Account - Senior Account Managers and Directors
About You
* 1+ years of recent experience in workers compensation - preference within Corporate NI claims
* Have excellent customer service skills, written, verbal and face to face
* Are a self driven individual who asks questions and is seeking development
* Have a commercial mindset and takes pride in both quality and delivery of work
