About the role
Reporting to the WHS Superintendent, the WHS Administrator will provide crucial administrative support from our world-class Kathleen Valley lithium operation on an 8 days on 6 days off roster. The role requires strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and clear communication to collaborate with safety professionals and various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Manage WHS documentation and records, maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all WHS activities, incidents, and training.
* Support compliance and audit preparation by organising all necessary documentation for regulatory compliance and external audits.
* Prepare accurate and timely reports on health and safety performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
* Coordinate all aspects of WHS training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communications.
* Accurately manage employee training records and certifications to maintain a compliant and knowledgeable workforce.
* Provide training and support to maintain a high level of user competency across WHS systems.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 to 4 years in an administrative role, preferably in a health and safety or related field within the resources sector.
* Demonstrated experience with INX InTuition or comparable incident/safety management systems.
* Demonstrated experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
* Experience with document management and regulatory compliance.
* High attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, INX, Evotix, and SharePoint.
* WA Class C Driver's Licence.
* Current First Aid certificate.
* Have obtained a National Police Clearance within the last 6 months, or ability to obtain one.
* Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol screen.
