Project Manager
Leading project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards is a key responsibility of this role.
* Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, budget estimates, and risk mitigation strategies.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
* Monitor project progress, milestones to ensure timely delivery.
* Manage regular meetings, track tasks, and follow up on actions and responsibilities.
* Act as primary point of contact for project communications and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
* Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation plans.
* Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Resolve conflicts and conduct project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
* Facilitate project closure, including deliverable handover, documentation, and post-project evaluations.
