Who will you be working with?

Responsibilities

* Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance claims from lodgement through to resolution.
* Liaise with insurers, clients, brokers, assessors, and other stakeholders.
* Proactively follow up on claims to ensure timely progression and resolution.
* Provide regular updates and guidance to clients throughout the claims process.
* Negotiate outcomes and advocate on behalf of clients where required.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure service standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

* Previous experience managing general insurance claims within a brokerage environment.
* Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and claims processes.
* Exposure to areas such as commercial motor, property, business packages, and liability claims.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy portfolio.
* A proactive approach and commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
