Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable and professional Personal Assistant to join our team. As a key liaison point for internal and external stakeholders, you will exercise sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing diary and inbox management services to nominated senior leaders
* Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
* Managing complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and expense reconciliation
* Assisting with the preparation, coordination, and distribution of monthly reports
* Maintaining effective internal communications and delivering timely reporting to senior leaders
* Organising internal and external events with a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a dynamic environment
* High organisational skills, strong discretion, and a commitment to excellence
* Demonstrable initiative, sound judgement, and exceptional communication skills
* Proficiency in using business applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and calendar/travel management tools
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
