Estimator and Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking an experienced Estimator and Quantity Surveyor to join our business, delivering commercial and estimating duties across groundworks and civil engineering projects.
* Procure and manage subcontractors and negotiate contract variations.
* Prepare and submit accurate monthly valuations.
* Forecast and control project costs effectively.
* Measure, prepare, appraise and submit tenders for various projects.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience in quantity surveying and/or estimating roles.
* Strong track record in groundworks and civil engineering projects.
* Experience managing subcontractors and negotiating contract terms.
* Proven ability to prepare and submit valuations and tenders.
* Excellent commercial awareness and cost control skills.
Benefits:
Circa £75,000 per annum salary package.
