We're hiring a Chief Executive Officer to lead Influx through its next stage of growth and operational transformation.
Influx is an established, global service business with real scale. The next chapter requires more than steady leadership — it requires changing how the business operates: how work gets done, how teams are structured, how performance is managed, and how technology and AI augment or replace manual work.
This is a hands‐on CEO role for an operator‐builder: someone who can run the business, own the P&L, and reshape the operating model from the inside.
You will work closely with the founders and board to lead the business through this transition, including the move toward AI‐augmented service delivery.
If you're motivated by building, fixing, and re‐architecting something real — this is that role.
What You'll Own
* Full ownership of company performance, operational P&L, and business outcomes
* End‐to‐end service delivery across quality, efficiency, scalability, and client outcomes
* Leadership of large, distributed teams across regions
* Re‐architecting core parts of the operating model — including removing, replacing, or rebuilding existing ways of working
* Leading the transition from a labour‐heavy model toward AI‐augmented delivery — deciding what work remains human, what is automated, and what should be redesigned or phased out
* Translating operational changes into margin, delivery consistency, and client impact
* Partnering closely with founders and the board on company direction, priorities, and execution
Why This Role is Different
* Real ownership — you're not inheriting a function; you're shaping how the business runs
* Founder access and board partnership — decisions move quickly, and your impact will be visible
* Clear transformation mandate — this is not about maintaining the current system or optimising at the edges
* AI is part of the operating model — not a side project or innovation theme
* Global scope — distributed teams, complex service delivery, and real operational scale
Who You Are
You are an operator who has led and fundamentally changed complex, people‐heavy service environments.
You are comfortable owning the full business picture — operations, performance, margin, people, clients, and execution. You can diagnose what is not working, make decisions, and lead the organisation through change.
You combine strategic judgement with operating depth. You stay close enough to the detail to understand how the system works, while being senior enough to lead the company and align stakeholders around direction.
You are also comfortable working with founders and a board who remain closely involved. You can hold your ground, challenge constructively, and stay aligned on priorities.
Your Experience
You have:
* Owned operations and P&L in a scaled service environment
* Led large, frontline‐heavy teams across multiple sites, regions, or markets
* Operated in BPO, CX, contact centres, outsourcing, or similarly complex high‐volume service businesses
* Delivered measurable improvements in efficiency, margin, quality, or scalability
* Led structural transformation where existing models, processes, or team structures were replaced — not just optimised
* Made difficult operating decisions involving cost, performance, people, and technology
How You Work
* Strong grasp of service delivery metrics, workforce management, and unit economics
* Able to move between strategy and execution with speed
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
* Clear, structured communicator
* High ownership, low ego
* Practical, direct, and outcome‐focused
* Able to challenge the business while bringing people with you
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6–12 months:
* A clear, data‐backed view of company performance, operational gaps, and key constraints
* Clear decisions on what to stop, what to automate, and what to rebuild
* Visible changes to how the business operates
* Measurable gains in margin, consistency, and delivery performance
* Early, practical implementation of AI and automation in service delivery
* Strong alignment with founders, board, and leadership on company direction
Who This Role Will Suit
This role will suit someone who has led complex, people‐heavy service operations and is motivated by building, fixing, and improving how a business runs.
The strongest candidates will have direct ownership of operations, delivery performance, and P&L in a scaled environment — ideally in BPO, CX, contact centres, outsourcing, or similarly complex service businesses.
This role is less suited to someone whose experience has been mainly advisory, corporate strategy, commercial leadership, or technology/product leadership without direct ownership of service delivery and frontline operations.
We are looking for someone who has not only led a business or function, but has meaningfully changed how it operates.
Why You Should Consider This
This is a role for someone who wants to do meaningful work at scale.
You'll be trusted to lead the business, make decisions, and drive real change — including redefining how the company operates in an AI‐enabled future.
If you're looking to run and transform a global service business, this is an opportunity to do exactly that.
