Retail Award Level 4 position (incl. weekend penalty rates). Casual role working across three Op Shops as required.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate volunteers and daily operations of our Op Shops.
* Bring creative flair to deliver visually appealing and contemporary shop displays.
* Manage the on‐call roster, working 3 to 7.6 hour shifts between 9:00 am and 5:15 pm, seven days a week, including public holidays.
* Handle cash, operate register systems, and follow closing procedures.
* Supervise a small team and work independently as necessary.
Qualifications
* Passion for fashion and charity retail.
* Flair for visual merchandising.
* Experience with cash handling, register operations and closing procedures.
* Confidence in supervising a team and working autonomously.
* Availability to work weekends and public holidays, sometimes on short notice.

* Base pay of $28.12 per hour, plus casual loading, superannuation and weekend penalty rates (if applicable).
