Job Description
As a network manager for building repairs, you will oversee the performance of our repair network within the commercial building division. Your responsibilities include designing, implementing, and managing the repair network to meet customer demands.
* Lead the selection, accreditation, and onboarding of repair partners, ensuring compliance with licensing, safety, and quality standards
* Monitor and manage the performance of repair partners through scorecards, KPIs, audits, and dispute resolution processes
* Collaborate with Commercial Governance to align repair operations with commercial terms, contracts, and pricing frameworks
* Oversee quality and technical assurance programs to ensure high workmanship standards and regulatory compliance
* Manage relationships with repair partners to strengthen collaboration, transparency, and performance improvement
* Work with claims operations teams to optimize customer experience, cycle times, and cost outcomes
Requirements
* Extensive experience in supplier or network management within the construction or insurance industries
* Strong background in supplier accreditation, compliance, and performance management
* Demonstrated ability to lead repair networks, with strong technical knowledge of construction standards and practices
* Proven skills in supplier relationship management, conflict resolution, and excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of licensing, WHS, and regulatory requirements affecting the construction industry
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing cost, leakage, and supplier capacity
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop regional and technical teams
