Food and Beverage Team Leader
We are seeking a customer service focused and luxury-minded individual to join our Private Kitchen (aka In Room Dining or Room Service) Team as a Food and Beverage Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
As an experienced and passionate food and beverage professional, you will anticipate our guests' needs, ensure consistency of service and provide excellent knowledge of our menu. You will provide superior service, quality and ultimately a seamless and luxury guest experience. You will exceed our guests' expectations by providing warm, authentic and timely service to build great memories for our guests and team.
Qualifications & Skills
To be successful for this role you will have customer service experience, be a good communicator and enjoy interacting with people. You must also have:
