Lead Digital Analyst
This leadership role oversees the department, driving strategy and business growth through data insights. The ideal candidate has a strong vision for digital analytics and can execute complex projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Define and execute the department's vision and strategy for major brands and agencies.
* Manage team performance, compensation recommendations, and hiring decisions.
* Identify and execute new digital growth projects with Business Development.
* Maintain key relationships, particularly with Google.
* Develop thought leadership strategies and content.
Prioritised Skills and Qualifications:
* A motivated individual with intuition for digital developments and business opportunities.
* Proven experience in sales and delivery of data, technology, and/or digital analytics consulting services.
* Expert knowledge in GA4, GA360, GTM, and Google Cloud Platform.
* Leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
* Experience with CDP and DMP platforms and integrating digital data is essential.
