What Your New Job Involves
* Handle a high volume of inbound customer call enquiries.
* Conduct customer and third‐party outbound calls.
* Manage documentation to complete customer applications for assessment.
* Support verification checks for the Loan Verification team.
* Meet and exceed customer service expectations.
* Assist with other customer experience initiatives.

Who You Are
* Experience in a call centre, hospitality, tourism, retail, sales or similar industries.
* Excellent verbal communication and phone manner.
* High level of positive energy and enthusiasm.
* A natural problem solver and solution provider with a customer‐centric approach.
* Demonstrated high levels of integrity, honesty and an ethical approach.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Great computer literacy skills.
* Desire to learn and take on feedback.
Essential Criteria
* Work schedule: fortnightly rotational roster – Week A: Monday – Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm; Week B: Monday – Friday 9:30 am – 6 pm.
* One Saturday shift per month: 8 am – 12 pm (accrued RDO hours).
* Must be available to work permanent full‐time.
