About Avivo
We
work in partnership with people and families who need individualized support
services due to disability, ageing or mental ill-health. Our Support Workers
work alongside people from all walks of life, giving, helping them live life
the way they choose.
Offer permanent part-time contracts starting with a minimum of 10 guaranteed hours per fortnight which will increase as we build your roster. To make the most of this role, you'll need good weekday availability between 7am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
What You'll Do
You'll be part of someone's everyday life. That might mean:
* Helping around the home with cooking, cleaning, planning meals, or running errands
* Providing personal care and support, including assisting with mobility and daily routines
* Supporting people to stay connected like getting to appointments, meeting friends, joining community activities.
You'll learn on the job through buddy shifts and practical training.
What You'll bring
* A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
* A NDIS Worker Screening check (or willingness to get one)
* Qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services are helpful but heart and reliability matter most
