Warrnambool City Council is seeking an experienced, motivated and forward-thinking professional to take on the role of Coordinator City Growth Support within our dynamic City Growth Unit.
As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the City's development and long-term growth by ensuring our administrative, customer service and statutory processes operate efficiently and professionally.
What You'll Be Doing
In this pivotal position, you will:
* Coordinate the administrative systems and processes that support the City Growth Unit, which incorporates Statutory & Strategic Planning and Development Engineering.
* Lead and support administrative staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team dedicated to excellent customer service.
* Oversee the development and maintenance of electronic systems within the branch, helping drive continuous improvement and modernisation.
* Manage administrative requirements related to the Subdivision Act, including supporting the Subdivision Officer and ensuring smooth, compliant processes.
* Contribute to the broader management of the City, working cooperatively across the organisation to deliver positive outcomes for our community.

* Experience in process improvement and digital systems
* The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

The Benefits
This is a permanent full time position, with a starting salary of $101,648 p.a.
