Behavioural Competency
At Kent, you will be accountable for the performance and results of a team for day‐to‐day operations. You will coordinate and supervise their daily work activities, and you'll identify and resolve day‐to‐day operational problems. You'll bring knowledge of best practices, and you will be willing to support and guide colleagues with less experience. You'll actively develop and nurture relationships beyond your part of the business, champion change, and seek out new learning and growth opportunities.
Kent is committed to workplace diversity and strongly encourages female and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates to apply.
