Job Overview


A modern healthcare clinic in a regional town is seeking a confident and organised Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.


Key Responsibilities:



* Manage appointments, phone calls, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment

* Be the first point of contact for patients and staff

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience

* Work effectively in a team culture that fosters personal and professional growth



Requirements:



* Strong communication skills and attention to detail

* Ability to multi-task effectively in a busy environment

* Capacity to work independently and as part of a team

* Degree or Certificate III in Business Administration (or similar)

* Previous experience in a reception/administrative role (an advantage)
