Robert Half are exclusively partnered with a Not-For-Profit organization in Australia, and they are seeking an IT Support. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing Level 1-2 helpdesk support to end users across Australia.
- Visiting different sites as needed to deliver timely deskside support to end users.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows AD and Office 365 applications.
- Escalating issues to appropriate teams as necessary.
Details:
- 5 days WFO arrangement in Brisbane.
- Working in a Microsoft & Windows 11 setting.
- Fulltime contract of 38 hours/ week.
- Possibility of extension is highly likely.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Level 1 IT Support role.
- Decent knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Intune, ITIL practices and experience using an ITSM tool.
- Proven deskside support experience in directly assisting end users.
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
