Your New Role And Responsibilities
* Create and proactively manage contract registers, including reporting variances to senior stakeholders, and maintain project toolsets to track action items and deliverables aligned to project rhythms and processes.
* Maintain document management processes, including templates, review procedures and registers, and conduct document deliverable reviews and quality audits.
* Provide secretariat support to internal and external project meetings, including preparation of materials, organising and facilitating meetings, and recording and circulating minutes and actions.
* Support Project Managers in the delivery of project deliverables and milestones, participate in operational project activities, and act as a liaison between management and project teams.
* Provide project administration support including on‐and off‐boarding, manage and update resourcing files, produce monthly staffing reports, and help drive compliance with training and project requirements while advising on best practice.
What You'll Bring To Make An Impact
* Previous professional experience as a Junior Project Manager/Project Coordinator or administration.
* An understanding of general aspects of the job with a limited understanding of the technical phases of the job.
* Professional experience and knowledge with computer software packages including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint).
This role requires that the successful applicant be an Australian Citizen and have the ability to obtain and hold a NV-1 or greater security clearance.
