About the Role
Visy Logistics is seeking a strategic and hands‐on Head of Digital Supply Chain to lead the development and execution of our digital roadmap.
This role will drive the optimisation of our supply chain systems, build a data‐driven environment, and deliver digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational performance across our global business. You will lead complex, enterprise‐wide digital projects from business case development through to implementation, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic priorities.
You will balance day‐to‐day system performance with long‐term strategy while partnering closely with senior stakeholders, operations and customers to align digital capabilities with operational needs.
Reporting to the General Manager, Global Enablement Services, your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Lead Visy Logistics' digital systems landscape, ensuring platforms are fit for purpose, scalable, and aligned to business needs
* Leading the optimisation of existing systems, ensuring compliance and ongoing enhancements
* Driving the digital strategy and development across all areas of Visy Logistics
* Creating data‐driven, insight‐rich environments to support business decision‐making
* Leading the implementation of system changes and enhancements, with a focus on user experience
What you will bring to the team
* 8+ years' experience in supply chain & logistic technology, digital transformation, and IT delivery
* Solutions delivery experience in Supply Chain technologies, such as SAP, TMS, WMS, and ERP
* Demonstrated project management and delivery capability, with experience leading end‐to‐end implementations
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate into operational outcomes
