As The Store Manager, You’re The Driving Force Behind Maximising Sales, Ensuring Seamless Operations, And Fostering a Positive, Engaging Atmosphere For Your Team. To Thrive Here, You Should Ideally Have
* Proven management experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high‑performing team.
* Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we’ll deliver the Auto.
* Operational know‑how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
* Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
