Temporary Desktop Support Analyst (2 months)
We're seeking an experienced Level 2 Desktop Support Analyst to support a short-term project focused on computer changeovers and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote support for end-user devices (Windows & MacOS).
- Assist with computer changeovers, software installation, and configuration.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support lifecycle and asset management activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service across all support channels.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in end-user computing support (Level 2).
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, MacOS, Active Directory, Office365, device management software, and antivirus tools.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a robust customer service focus.
- Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent experience.
Desirable: ITIL v3 Foundation or related industry certifications.
