We're seeking an Internal Customer Service Representative to support our distributor base by answering sales calls, providing technical information and identifying sales opportunities.
About the Role:
* Respond to incoming sales calls and email enquiries
* Provide technical information and solutions to customers
* Handle customer inquiries and drive resolution
* Prepare sales quotations to company standards and conduct follow-up activities
