Women in Media is seeking an experienced, commercially minded, and outcomes-driven professional to lead sales, partnership engagement, and participant coordination for our Leadership Programs:

The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of the Australian media sector, HR and workforce development expertise, and a genuine passion for empowering the next generation of women leaders.

* Articulate program value using impact data and participant success stories
* Work closely with delivery partners (e.g., Nudge) to ensure seamless program delivery
* Ensure alignment with WiM’s broader strategic goals and calendar

Reporting & Evaluation
