What you'll be doing
* Managing a income protection and/or TPD focused portfolio from lodgement through to finalisation
* Determining eligibility, liability and managing the claim process to achieve return to work outcomes
* Develop claims strategies including injury management, return to work, or settlements
Their background will be appreciated
* Life insurance claims assessment experience ideally across all products with DA (group or retail life insurance)
* Strong understanding of LICOP standards and claims management process
* Demonstrated ability to show empathy and go above and beyond for claimants
