Community/Disability Support Workers
Requirements
* Must be available across weekdays and weekends.
* Must be open to accepting 2-hour services.
* Fluent in English.
* Must be driving.
* Current full Australian driver's license and own car.
* Comprehensive Car Insurance.
* Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
* Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Experienced in Manual Handling, challenging behaviours, and other high-care skills.
* Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).

About the Role
Your role is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan.
* Intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to assist clients in successfully improving their physical and mental health.
* Has an initiative to plan clients' activities and other social outings.
* Develop connections with the community and achieve their goals.
* Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.
* Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.
* Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas.
This is a casual employment position offering an attractive hourly rate depending on experience and availability.
