SLA: SBD and NBD support.
Skills & Requirements:
* Experience in handling desktop/network issues/Audio Video - Conference room Set Up.
* Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems.
* Install patches.
* Software and Hardware Break Fix.
* Basics of Wi-Fi.
* Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, Switch and Router Configuration.
* Install and administer MS Office.
* Business English with local language.
