About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Business Advisors to join our Small Business Development Corporation (SBDC) Regional Program in the Pilbara.
Opportunities are available on either a full-time or part-time permanent basis.
In this role, you will work closely with small business owners across the Pilbara region, delivering practical business advice, workshops, information, and guidance through a combination of face-to-face and online engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver business advice and support to small business clients
* Facilitate workshops and information sessions (in-person and online)
* Provide practical guidance on business operations and growth strategies
* Build strong relationships with clients across diverse businesses, communities and stakeholders
* Travel across the Pilbara region to support service delivery
About You
* Proven experience in small business management or advisory, or proven experience operating your own business would be highly beneficial
* Strong communication and facilitation skills
* Ability to engage with a diverse range of businesses, stakeholders and communities
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
* Willingness to travel and work across regional locations
Location & Travel
* Based in the Pilbara (preference for Karratha)
* Hybrid work model (home + office)
* Regular regional travel required, including time away from home
