Our Professional Services Delivery teams are passionate about our products and committed to our customers' success in maximizing the value of our cloud solutions.About the RoleThe Sr. Engagement Manager will be an expert in the Workday Deployment Methodology. They will lead mid to large deployments, resolve complex issues creatively, and support executive expectations by providing management with insights based on field experience. They will also suggest enhancements to our deployment methodology.About YouBasic Qualifications3+ years of project management experience with HCM, Payroll, Financial, or Student implementations in medium to large enterprises, higher education, or government sectors.3+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar applications.Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance or hold an active clearance.Ability to travel up to 50%, mainly to Canberra.Other QualificationsExperience as an internal or external consultant.Experience with business areas like HR, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, or Services procurement.Project management skills.Excellent communication, organization, and social skills.Customer service passion.Business development abilities.Knowledge of internet technology and cloud applications.Experience with enterprise software or system integrators is a plus.Service sales experience is a plus.Our Approach to Flexible WorkOur Flex Work model combines in-person and remote work, allowing flexibility in scheduling.
