Customer Service Consultant (CSC) Trade Store Assistant (TSA) Toll People are recruiting for a Customer Service Consultant and a Trade Store Assistant (Trade Counter) position. These role are ongoing casual positions that will go permanent after the probation period. Our client is a large well respected trade warehouse (National) that offers fantastic opportunities and incentives. To be successful, with the CSC position you will have: Handle all Sales / Service & Backorder enquiries Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting the needs of customers Develop productive working relationships with internal and/or external customers Identify and assess customer requirements through appropriate questioning techniques Foster good Customer communication determine potential future sales or cross selling opportunities Identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative service solutions where required via development of a strong knowledge of Customers' needs Provide support to all Customer Service Team Members Seek opportunities to improve processes or create efficiencies within your team Ensure all activities comply with relevant legal and ethical standards Foster teamwork and always offer assistance to others To be successful, with the TSA position you will have: Assist customers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries Provide product information and support to customers (face to face, phone and email) Processing of sales orders, invoices, quotations, purchase orders and stock transfers Assist with merchandising of the trade centre showroom Ensure customers receive a high standard of service within the branch; and General administration duties. Skills & Experience Needed: Available for all shifts assigned Be physically fit Be comfortable with heavy lifting (up to 20kgs) Have your own reliable transport Desirable: Forklift Licence Exp with Online Picking & RF Scanning About you: Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills Experience in a previous customer service and or trade counter role Have the ability to prioritise work load and multi-task Ability to work well in a team Work in and adapt to a changing environment Demonstrate a high level of relevant computer literacy skills Commitment to holistic customer service Have a strong commitment to safety Must have strong work ethics, be punctual and reliable Be able to work efficiently & accurately within a small team Have attention to detail and customer service About Toll People: Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
