Scheduler – Operations – Dampier, WA
At Toll Group, we are seeking a Scheduler for Operations who will report to the Operations Manager. The role plays a critical part in ensuring the safe and efficient scheduling of vessels, logistics operations and resource allocation across the supply base, slipway and marine functions. This fast‐paced, highly operational position requires strong planning expertise and the ability to optimise resources to directly impact operational performance and client satisfaction.
This role operates on a shift roster, with occasional after‐hours and weekend work required.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate vessel movements, logistics activities and workforce allocation.
* Optimise utilisation of personnel, plant and facility assets.
* Collaborate with operations, marine and logistics teams to meet operational requirements.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify value‐adding opportunities.
* Monitor performance against logistics contracts and operational targets.
* Support stocktake processes, inventory management and reporting.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across scheduling and service delivery.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in logistics, scheduling or stevedoring operations.
* Strong knowledge of freight handling and resource coordination.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Dangerous Goods certification (Air/Sea/Road) or willingness to obtain.
* Fatigue Management (TLIF3064A) or equivalent.
* Experience in logistics or marine operations (highly desirable).
