**Responsibilities**:
- Provide a range of secretariat and administrative services, including coordinating portfolio level governance, committee meetings
- Assist with monitoring with the project management
- Ensure the project's daily function runs smoothly
- Task tracking
- provide updates regarding portfolio status and implementation updates
- Assist with internal team recruitment
- Process documentation
- Budget and resource management
- Delegate effectively.
- Communicate and collaborate at all levels internal staff external clients
- working group meetings and preparing papers, to support Program Delivery
**Requirements**:
- Relevant Experience 3-4 year's min or Equivalent
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all areas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with extreme multi-tasking.
- Ability to accurately develop reports.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with teammates, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to listen and ascertain the needs of leaders, teammates, and clients, and proactively approach these needs to meet critical timeless.
